ASET has succesfully implemented innovative systems of local subcontracting on sites of some of the most reputable semiconductor companies particularly in the Southern Luzon region that includes Cavite, Laguna and Batangas.

We have administered the following services:

1. Organized technical and production crew stationed on-site to perform dice separation, pick and plate and dice inspection (second optical) from sawn wafer.

2. Organized production crew that handled tape and reel operations, final visual inspection and rework (erase, remark and bent leads straightening).

3. Organized technical and production crew with complete overhead supervision to perform the following:

High frequency 0.8GHz to 3GHz coaxial cable assembly and electrical and frequency test for wireless communication amplifiers.

Conformal coating of assembled PCBs
(Dow Corning 1-2577 Silicon Conformal Coat and Xylene).
Data Line Filter Choke and SMD Balun Transformer Coiling.
Surface Mount Inductors (micre spring) coiling 800MHz.

* Satellite Parts Custodian: Leadframe warehousing in reels and finish cut goods and material handling.

* Shipping tubes inspection, sorting and stopper assembly.
